The Belgian Choccy Mousse - as you said YUM! To die for! I made
small shortcrust tart cases and made the mousse and next day filled the cases with mousse, put marinated strawberries on top, fresh strawbs on plate, bit of cream, dusting of choccy icing sugar and WOW - they looked and tasted like something out of a restaurant! I am
